Refund Policy

1. Billing Refunds — Handled by Paddle

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Billing-related refund requests (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized transactions) are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and must be submitted directly to Paddle’s support. Prompteria does not collect or store your payment card details.

2. Service-Level Compensation — Handled by Prompteria

Prompteria may offer compensation when the Service itself is unavailable due to issues on our end. You may be eligible for a billing cycle extension or equivalent service credit if:

  • The Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a given billing month due to a confirmed issue on our infrastructure (not third-party providers such as AI model providers or Paddle).

Service credits do not carry cash value and cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund.

3. How to Request Assistance

Billing issues (charges, invoices, payment errors): Contact Paddle directly via their buyer support portal linked in your Paddle receipt email.

Service issues (outages, feature access problems): Email hello@moltech.dev with subject line “Service Issue” and include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The dates and duration of the service disruption.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will respond within 5 business days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including Colombia’s Ley 1480 de 2011 (Estatuto del Consumidor) or any other mandatory consumer-protection legislation in your jurisdiction. Where statutory rights provide stronger protections than this policy, those rights prevail.

6. Currency

All subscription prices are displayed in USD and processed in your local currency by Paddle. Any service credits issued by Prompteria will be applied as an equivalent extension of your subscription period.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
